Villa Okyanus is perched on a cliffside in the exclusive Cap Cana Resort, overlooking hole 15 of the Punta Espada golf course—and the Caribbean Sea. A secondary gated entrance with 24-hour security marks the beginning of the private street leading to Fundadores de Golf, and an additional private gate provides access to the villa.

Upon entering through the private electronic gate, you’ll be welcomed by a majestic palm-lined driveway leading to the main residence. High ceilings and expansive open spaces greet you as you step inside. On the ground floor, you’ll find three of the six bedrooms, a family room, the main kitchen, a secondary “staff” kitchen, a formal dining area, a formal living room, and direct access to the outdoor terrace with dining and lounge areas, Jacuzzi, and swimming pool.
Both kitchens are fully equipped, though your stay includes a private chef who will prepare all meals—allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your vacation.
The minimalist and clutter-free interior design creates a contemporary yet cozy atmosphere. Each room features high ceilings, large windows, and stunning views of the lush surroundings and ocean beyond.
