Villa Okyanus is a luxurious 6-bedroom mansion in 2 levels that offers complete privacy and tranquility. The property is fully air-conditioned and also offers ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Villa Okyanus is situated on a cliff side in Cap Cana Resort and overlooking hole 15 of the Punta Espada golf course – and the ocean. A secondary gated entrance, manned by 24-hour security, marks the beginning of the street leading to Fundadores de Golf. Additionally, there is a private gate providing access to the property.

The 5th and 6th bedrooms downstairs each have 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet space, and ensuite bathroom. The two bedrooms also have a shared, private dining- and living room with TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and a terrace.

Okyanus also has a separate 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms house for the staff, with kitchen and living room , located next to the main villa. The laundry is located in this house .
